Qlik Among Fast Company’s Top Ten Most Innovative Companies in Social Good

Awards honor leading enterprises and rising newcomers that exemplify the best in nimble business and impactful innovation

Radnor, PA – Qlik®, a leader in visual analytics, today announced that it has been recognized by Fast Company as a Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Social Good, in its annual ranking of the world’s Most Innovative Companies.

Qlik’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, Change Our World, takes an innovative approach to social good by leveraging all of its people, products, and culture to inspire a movement to positively impact the world’s most vulnerable people and environments. Qlik’s approach includes a significant contribution of Qlik software, strategic partnerships, global employee engagement, and sustainability programs and reporting.

  • The Qlik Software Grant Program was launched in 2010 and supports over 300 non-profit organizations worldwide with discounted or free licenses of QlikView® and Qlik® Sense, deployment services, training, and support. Organizations such as Direct Relief, Mercy Ships, and Smile Train leverage the Qlik platform to gain better insight into their data to achieve higher ROI and reach more beneficiaries literally changing the way the world delivers aid.

    One of Qlik’s grant recipients, Crossroads Foundation, a Hong Kong based non-profit, has been supported by Qlik since 2014. Crossroads runs immersive simulation programs that educate and engage thousands of people to be part of the solution to global issues like the refugee crisis and urban poverty. Reaching every level of society from delegates of the World Economic Forum to school students, Crossroads uses Qlik to gain visibility into all aspects of these programs and to find strategic opportunities to maximize their reach and impact.
  • Strategic corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships with Medair and WeSeeHope leverage the strength of the entire Qlik ecosystem to make a positive impact on our global community through financial and technology support. Qlik also has a close partnership with the United Nations (UN) to bring the power of data analytics to their global humanitarian and diplomacy efforts. Through advanced Qlik visualizations, the UN advances their missions by aggregating and presenting information in an easy-to-use way that provides valuable insights for prompt action.
  • Employee engagement is led by over 80 regional champions and by taking an individualized approach has become part of daily culture and business practice at every level. Volunteer efforts include helping organizations successfully deploy their software as well as raising money and donating their time to charitable organizations.

Most Innovative Companies is one of Fast Company’s most significant and highly anticipated editorial efforts of the year.
